The product range covers piping from ø 6 mm to ø 323 mm and machines components up to the tightest tolerances and shapes thanks to the last generation of 5-axis CNC machines.
The raw materials used are carbon steel, non-alloy steel, chromium-molybdenum for use at high temperatures, and austenitic stainless steel.

STOCK
A well-stocked and large warehouse of materials and components of various sizes allows us to always give a quick reply to customer requests.
BENT PIPES
CNC machines are used for cold bending of the pipes from ø 6 mm to ø 140 mm. Together with the 3D visualization, it allows us to control the bending process and make corrections or changes, thus ensuring the absolute precision of the entire production batch and future orders.
FLANGED PIPES
For the assembly of flanged pipes, the company has designed and built CNC machines that allow to limit dimensional deviations and reduce tolerances to a few tenths of a millimeter, thus avoiding subsequent processing and adaptations in the installation phase.
The entire production cycle is monitored and controlled up to the finishing of the product and its final measurement. The complete documentation of all measurements certifies the accuracy of every single product.
LARGE DIAMETER PIPES
The level of precision is also guaranteed on pipes designed with the most complex geometries and allows to meet any customer need for pipes up to 323 mm diameter. With the experience accumulated in the manufacturing of pipes assembled with multiple welding joints, we are able to guarantee a level of precision that avoids any adaptation or modification with mechanical machining.
DOUBLE-WALL PIPES
In “double-walled” safety pipes for “dangerous” or “high pressure” fluids, the pipe carrying the fluid is shaped inside another pipe thus forming an interspace capable of containing any leaks.
Dictated by the most stringent safety standards, they prevent the leakage of dangerous fluids and at the same time protect against shocks or other stresses.
GAS MANIFOLD
The company is specialized in the manufacture of GAS MANIFOLD and GAS FEED PIPE in stainless steel, manifolds, and pipes to carry the combustible GAS to the cylinders of engines for both marine (double wall) and land applications.
Strict controls and tests by radioscopy, pressure testing, leak test with helium, and penetrating liquids, guarantee the highest level of safety.
